FEAR
A simple way of understanding fear is through its associated words: scared, terrified, anxious, petrified and nervous. Some say fear is just a word but when it's there it means a cold sweat, a racing heart, hairs at the back of the neck standing, and a feeling of paralysis, indecision and weakness. To feel fear and the complete helplessness it can bring is something no one is spared from experiencing. Fortunately, the world today is not one that demands people live in fear constantly to survive. Instead, fear comes at particular moments only. Regardless of this fact, it's wise to still deal with fear and come to know what fear is.
